I understand that the payment entitles me for a weekly share of fresh vegetables grown using organic practices and harvested at Amaranth Acres during the growing season. I understand that I am sharing the risks that come with the growing season (including weather, insects, crop diseases, etc.) with the other CSA registrants and the farmer. I understand that the size and duration of my share is dependent on these variables. There will be 4-9 kinds of vegetables every week. Shares in the spring tend to be less and become more and varied moving into the summer months. It is my responsibility to pick up my share on the day and time specified. If I do not pick up my share or have someone pick it up for me, my share will be donated elsewhere. I also understand my payment is nonrefundable.
