Amaranth Acres

Our goats are antibiotic-free and pasture-raised, bred on open fields of grass with acres to roam and graze. Animals raised this way produce tastier, more tender meat. Goat meat is eaten worldwide - you'll especially see it in a variety of Asian, African, and Caribbean cuisines.

Every year, part of our pastures are reserved for baling hay, and this baled hay is then fed to the goats as supplemental feed in the winter (along with some grain and pellets) when the pastures aren't so green.
